Today's Tip

Bar Ends Help You Bike Better On Trails - One of the easiest and least expensive mountain-bike upgrades is adding handlebar bar ends. There are a number of different styles, each with different functions. Small, short bar ends are light and provide one extra hand position for climbing and cruising. Mid-size models add yet another hand position that allows you to fine tune your riding and climbing positions further. The longest, L-shaped bar ends provide the additional benefits of serving as bash guards for your hands and offering a more aerodynamic position for riding on the road or on flat, open trails. Regardless of which style you choose, bar ends add comfort on long rides by making it easy to change positions, which can relieve hand numbness and fatigue. We can help with a specific recommendation for your needs.
